Autumn exhibition from the Hanover Art Association. Light objects from Judith Ganz and Julia Neuenhausen, installation from Christoph Bartolosch and Peter Halves (Germany). As a part of the presentation 'Scene Hanover', FORO ARTISTICO displayed installations from Judith Ganz and Julia Neuenhausen as well as from Christoph Bartolosch and Peter Halves in the Ice Factory. 'Traffic Highlights', a team project between the artists Judith Ganz and Julia Neuenhausen, was developed in the USA. The light sculptures play with complex statements about ideals and fears of western society. They work with a symbol language and pursue the sociology of everyday myths. To achieve this, the women fall back on the speech and esthetic of the mass media. Christoph Bartolosch and Peter Halves used PU foam, artificial furs, old steel engravings and metallic paints in their installation 'Discover Gold'. These objects reveal their effect on the gray area between art history and methods of seduction and the marketing of collective dreams and promises.
